Common questions
Before you book
Can the chart choose my child's stream?
No, and it should not be used that way. It can say what the fourth, fifth and ninth houses indicate about the kind of study the chart inclines towards, and which periods support examinations or a move. A child's own aptitude, interest and marks matter more, and a reading that overrides them is being misused.
Will it say whether I will clear a competitive exam?
It will say what the running dasha and the transits over the relevant houses indicate about the period. It will not state a result. Presenting an astrological reading as an examination outcome would be dishonest to a student preparing for one.
Does it cover studying abroad?
Partly — the ninth house is common to both questions. A reading focused on the move itself also takes in the twelfth house for foreign residence, which is the Foreign Travel Astrology consultation.
What if I do not know my exact birth time?
Say so rather than estimating. The lagna moves through a full sign in roughly two hours and every divisional chart is computed from the same degrees, so a guessed time propagates an error through the whole reading. Where the time is genuinely unknown the standard approach is rectification — narrowing it by testing candidate lagnas against events that have already happened.
