Tarabalam · తారాబలం
Tarabalam for each Vrishabha nakshatra
The Moon is in Rohini at sunrise. Counted from your own birth star, that gives the tara below. Sampat, Kshema, Sadhana, Mitra and Parama Mitra are the favourable taras; Janma, Vipat, Pratyak and Naidhana are read as days to go gently.
About Vrishabha · వృషభ రాశి గురించి
Vrishabha rasi, its lord Shukra and its nakshatras
Vrishabha (వృషభం, Taurus) is ruled by Shukra (శుక్రుడు) and covers Krittika 2–4, Rohini, Mrigashira 1–2. If your birth Moon fell in any of those padas, this is your rasi — whichever Sun sign you were told.
A fixed earth sign. The classical attribution is persistence and attachment to what is already held — steadiness that reads as patience in a good period and as reluctance to move in a difficult one.
Shukra rules Vrishabha and is the karaka for comfort, relationships and material ease. Because Shukra also owns Tula, a Shukra period or transit is read against both signs; where Shukra is combust or afflicted, the sign's usual steadiness is read as harder to rely on.
- Sade Sati runs for Vrishabha while Shani transits Mesha, Vrishabha and Mithuna — the 12th, 1st and 2nd from the rasi.
- Ardhashtama and Ashtama Shani are Shani in Simha and Dhanussu — the 4th and 8th from Vrishabha.
- Guru is read as supportive while transiting Mithuna, Kanya, Vrischika, Makara or Meena — the 2nd, 5th, 7th, 9th and 11th from Vrishabha.
